Today Arabians descended from the breeding at the Crabbet Stud and other early English programmes, such as Hanstead, Courthouse and Barton Lodge, are still top performance Arabians and sane family friends.  They are the true Bedouin tent Arabian.

They have become very rare with the development of extreme in hand showing.  Many Arabians are not practical ridden horses but these gems still are. Many Crabbet Arabians are ridden and compete in a wide range of equestrian disciplines.
